How buying works
  1. Add to basket and check out. Choose a delivery option for each seller at checkout.
  2. Pay the seller directly by EFT. After placing your order you'll get the seller's bank details. Handsy does not take a commission on sales.

  • If goods are defective or not as described, you may return them within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund (CPA s56).
  • For direct marketing transactions, you may cancel within 5 business days without penalty (CPA s16), unless the goods were fully consumed or custom-made to your specification.
  • Sellers cannot contract out of these statutory rights where the CPA applies (CPA s51 — unfair, unreasonable, or unjust contract terms).
